Millie Manx is a vampire-like being and the biological daughter of serial killer and child abductor Charlie Manx. She became the first of many children to enter Christmasland, an imaginary space created by her father's power where Christmas reigns eternal and children can never grow up. Millie assumed the role of Manx's lieutenant in Christmasland, leading the kidnapped children and enforcing authority in a costume resembling a Nutcracker soldier. She knows how to cross between Christmasland and the Real World.
